Dear Signe Riisalo, We invite you and your institution to participate in the annual international forum “Carpathian Sea Democratic Week”, which will take place from April 28 to May 2, 2025, in Truskavets, Ukraine. This event is the Ukrainian counterpart of the Norwegian forum Arendalsuka, which annually gathers leading politicians, public figures, and business leaders to discuss pressing issues of democracy, security, health, and sustainable development. One of the key topics of this year’s forum is Ukraine’s medical resilience—addressing the challenges and opportunities for improving healthcare, rehabilitation, and mental health support. Why is your participation important? A resilient healthcare system is the foundation of a secure and developed society. Your expertise in healthcare, public health, or rehabilitation medicine will help shape effective solutions and foster international collaboration. This is a unique opportunity to:
