If I’m not mistaken, we haven’t received your final feedback on the attached document. Would you be so kind as to look it through and give us your opinion?

I have one more question on the indicators. We discussed this briefly earlier, but I just want to make sure we have a common understanding.

For SSIP, the legal basis for processing personal data (such as mother tongue, immigrant or refugee status, country of origin, etc) is the consent given by the individual to the processing of his or her personal data. However, previous experience of implementers shows that collecting this type of data can make participants feel uncomfortable and they may decide not to attend the event. Therefore, we don’t want to make the answering these questions a prerequisite for attending events/trainings. However, this may mean that the final target number that we achieve may include participants whose background details are not specified. For example, we have reached the target number of 100 people from different cultural and linguistic backgrounds and based on the data provided, we can report that 50 of them are refugees, 25 are immigrants, and 25 are undefined.

I’m sending you the feedback on core indicators. The linking with Core Indicators is fine, we just added some explanations.

We also propose minor changes to some other indicators. These are marked as Track Changes and we have added clarifying comments.

If this is acceptable, we will proceed with the Steering Committee's written procedure to fix these modifications. Please let me know.
