Thank you for your invitation to initiate negotiations regarding the rental of prison capacity. I am pleased to confirm my affirmative response to your proposal.
I would also like to extend my sincere thanks for your kind words about our fruitful cooperation and meaningful and interesting dialogue. I can nothing but agree and would also like to express my gratitude for your friendly welcome and hospitality in Tallinn last fall.
We are looking forward to the continuation of our discussions and will of course contribute with all our efforts in order to reach an intergovernmental agreement as soon as possible.
