OUR SERVICES
The European Commission’s EU Sanctions Helpdesk assists European operators, particularly Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), in complying with European Union restrictive measures (also known as sanctions) imposed worldwide.
Our services Information and resources We offer users a comprehensive range of materials, includ- ing informative resources relating to EU restrictive measures and country-specific guidance.
Compliance support services For those unable to perform due diligence independently, we provide support in completing counterparty and transaction assessments, giving our users greater confidence that their business activities comply with EU sanctions.
Our objectives Streamlining due diligence processes We offer practical guidance to European operators to support their due diligence and compliance processes, reducing transaction costs when dealing with countries subject to EU sanctions.
