Voluntary contribution to support the work of the OECD Health Committee in 2025
Dear Mr. Sarpetta
1 am writing to inform you that Estonia wilI contribute 2000 (two thousand) EUR to support the work of the Heaith Committee which is inciuded in the Organisation for Economic Co operation and Deveiopment (OECD) Programme of Work and Budget under the Output Area 2.4.1.
The continuation of any outputs beyond the current Programme of Work and Budget (PWB) is subject to the inciusion of such outputs in the OECD’s Future Programme(s) of Work and Budget.
This amount wiii be paid upon receipt of an invoice from the OECD. The OECD wiii issue the invoice in accordance with its standard invoicing procedures and may submit the invoice to the Donor in the form of a PDF file via email. Upon request, paper copy invoice(s) wiii be sent to the Donor. The OECD shail not be required to use any eiectronic system for submitting invoice(s) under this Agreement, inciuding, but not limited to, by providing direct input through a piatform operated by or on behaif of the Donor.
1 note that the OECD shaii administer the contribution in accordance with its Financiai Reguiations and other reievant rules, poiicies and procedures which provide for an administrative cost recovery charge aiready inciuded in the total contribution amount.
Ali outputs of the project, in whatever form, wiil be the sole property of the OECD.
Any disagreement arising out of or reiating to the interpretation of, compiiance with or execution of this contribution shaii be resoived by the Parties by mutual agreement.
The present ietter and your confirmation of acceptance shaii form a binding agreement between us.
