Please pay the statutory fee of 100 euros per product ID in accordance with § 298^4 (3) of the Statutory Fees Act within 14 days, by 18.04.2025 at the latest. No invoice will be issued for the statuatory fee of 100 euros.

2.    Pursuant to § 10^2 (2) of the Tobacco Act, undertakings importing electronic cigarettes or refill containers or electronic cigarettes and refill containers into Estonia for transfer or undertakings manufacturing these in Estonia are required to submit to the Health Board by 31 March the following information concerning the previous calendar year:

1) data on sales volumes, by brand name and type of the product;
2) information on the product preferences of various consumer groups, including young people, non-smokers and current users;

3) the mode of sale of the products concerned;
4) executive summaries of any market surveys carried out in respect of the above, including an English translation thereof.

Please submit the requested information by 18.04.2025 at the latest. After submission, an invoice will be issued for the evaluation of the notification of the sales volumes of tobacco related product(s).

In addition, Due to the fee for publishing and maintaining the notice is 100 euros and the assessing the sales volumes fee is 240 euros for each product .

For those 11products, we have paid 3740 euros. Attachment is transfer file. (3470+270=3740)

The annual sales for the products notified by Shenzhen Smoore Technology Limited in Estonia in 2024 are all 0.【We have lost the XML files of some products and cannot submit the 2024 annual sales data of all products through EU-CEG.】

Since we did not sell products in Estonia in 2024, we did not do a survey on the Estonian market in 2024.

We plan to sale the 10 product as below shown in Estonia in 2025. We want to keep the following 10 products on the positive list.

Does it means that we should pay the annual fees and assessing the sales volumes fee for those 10 products? Or there are other costs to pay.
