Dear Mr. Piirt-Eo Rannap,
My name is Felix Ardelean and I serye as the Director General of the European Transport Programs Directorate under the Ministry of Transport and lnfrastructure of Romania, in charge of the overatl coordination ofthe EU funds allocated for transport infrastructure devetopment. ln line with our ongoing efforts to enhance the administrative capacity of our Directorate, I am writing to explore the possibitity of organizing exchange study visits between our institutions.
As part of our broader capacity-buitding roadmap for 2021-2027, we are keen to engage with simitar organizations and institutions that can provide vatuabte insights and expertise in transport management, infrastructure ptanning and devetopment, and the effective implementation of European transport programs. We betieve that fostering direct exchanges through study visits could significantty contribute to the strengthening of our administrative capabilities and advance our progress in the strategic goals outlined for the period 2021-z0zl.
