These special conditions along with the general conditions for using the inquiry systems of the Centre of Registers and Information Systems form the contract for using inquiry systems (hereinafter the Contract) entered into by the Centre of Registers and Information Systems and the client whose information is listed herein:

The object of the Contract is the following services chosen by the client: XML service only

The client confirms that they have read and agree with the general conditions for using the inquiry systems of the Centre of Registers and Information Systems on the basis of which the special conditions and general conditions are considered as integral parts of the contract for using inquiry systems; the Contract is considered to be concluded when the customer signs the special conditions. By signing the contract for using inquiry systems, the client confirms that they are aware of and agree with the fact that by using the service, they will lose the contractual 14-day right of withdrawal agreed through a means of communication.
