Dear Minister, I have the pleasure to invite you to the #BeInclusive EU Sport Awards Ceremony which
will be held in Brussels on 12 May 2025, following the Education, Youth, Culture and Sport
Council. The #BeInclusive EU Sport Awards give visibility to projects and individuals that are dedicated to promoting sport and inclusion across Europe. These Awards recognise and celebrate the achievements of sport organisations working with ethnic minorities, refugees, people with disabilities, youth groups at risk, or any other group that faces challenging social circumstances.
During the Ceremony, I will have the pleasure to present the nine finalists and announce the winners in the following categories: #BeInclusive Breaking Barriers in Sport Award
#BeInclusive Be Equal Promoting Gender Equality in Sport Award
#BeInclusive Sport for Peace Award
The Awards Ceremony will take place in the Berlaymont building, the headquarter of the European Commission, in the Atrium of the 7th floor, starting from 18:45. Prior to the actual Ceremony, you are welcome to join me and several representatives of European sport stakeholders for a networking reception starting at 18:00. Please find attached the draft programme.
