Allow me to express my sincere congratulations on your appointment as Minister of Social

Affairs of the Republic of Estonia. This is a testament to the trust placed in you by the

government and the citizens of Estonia. 1 am confident that your experience and expertise will

contribute to the development of social policy and the improvement of citizens quality of life.

1 fully recognize the scope and complexity of your ministry which, similar to the Slovak

Republic, addresses a broad range of key social issues. This is why 1 deeply appreciate the

challenges and responsibilities of your position. 1 am certain that under your leadership, the

ministry will successfully tackle challenges and bring about positive changes in the field of

social affairs.

On this occasion, 1 would also like to acknowledge the progress that the Republic of Estonia

has made in addressing of its citizens life situations. The modern approach to providing public

services through digital tools represents an efficient and innovative model that simpiifies

administrative processes and enhances citizens convenience. The Slovak Republic is actively

working on implementing the digitalization ofpublic services, and Estonia’s model, along with

its successful impiementation, serves as a valuable source of inspiration for us in developing

and improving our own solutions in this area.
