We need to proceed with the payment of €100, is that correct, for the notification of our reference 00405-20-04417 ?

I have a question : are there any additional fees to be expected ?

Is the 100€ amount annual, based on the sales volume ?

Dear Sir/Madam,

1.    In accordance with § 298^4 (3) of the Statutory Fees Act, a statutory fee of 100 euros per year is paid for publication and storage of a notification of tobacco products and products related to tobacco products by 31 March each year (§ 10^4 (2) of the Tobacco Act).

According to the Health Board, no fees have been received for the following notification(s) of tobacco related product(s) with ID number(s):

00405-20-04417

Please pay the statutory fee of 100 euros per product ID in accordance with § 298^4 (3) of the Statutory Fees Act within 14 days, by 18.04.2025 at the latest. No invoice will be issued for the statuatory fee of 100 euros.

Thank you if you have already paid the statutory fee.

If the statutory fee is not paid on time, the notification(s) will be deleted from the website of the Health Board.

2.    Pursuant to § 10^2 (2) of the Tobacco Act, undertakings importing electronic cigarettes or refill containers or electronic cigarettes and refill containers into Estonia for transfer or undertakings manufacturing these in Estonia are required to submit to the Health Board by 31 March the following information concerning the previous calendar year:

1) data on sales volumes, by brand name and type of the product;
2) information on the product preferences of various consumer groups, including young people, non-smokers and current users;

3) the mode of sale of the products concerned;
4) executive summaries of any market surveys carried out in respect of the above, including an English translation thereof.

Please submit the requested information by 18.04.2025 at the latest. After submission, an invoice will be issued for the evaluation of the notification of the sales volumes of tobacco related product(s).
