\J Estonia highly values its excellent bilateral relations with Ttirkiye and deeply appreciates the long standing friendship and partnership between our countries. TUrkiye holds an important position as a strong and valued trade partner for Estonia. To further deepen our economic cooperation, we actively encourage our businesses to explore new connections and avenues.

It is with sincere regret that 1 must inforrn you of my inability to personally participate in the planned visit to Ttirkiye, scheduled for May 8, due to urgent domestic political commitments assigned by the Prime Minister.

Estonia remains firmly committed to holding the Joint Economic and Trade Commission (JETCO) meeting as planned. Therefore, the Minister of Justice and Digital Affairs, Mrs. Liisa Pakosta— one ofEstonia’s most prominent and respected ministers—will be honoured to step in and lead our delegation.

1 would also like to highlight the enthusiasm from Estonian entrepreneurs regarding this visit, with over ten companies having aiready confirmed their participation in our delegation to Ttirkiye.

Please accept once again my sincere apologies for not being able to attend in person, along with my warmest regards and appreciation for your understanding and continued cooperation. 1 am confident that the visit will he a great success and will further strengthen the ties between our two countries.
