Subject: Member States’ nominations for ‘Rules of Procedure’ AI Board sub-
group
Dear Ambassador,
Thank you very much to you and your colleagues for the fruitful continuation of the joint
work of the European Artificial Intelligence Board in 2025.
As agreed at the meeting on 24 March 2025, the AI Office would like to set-up the ‘Review
of the Rules of Procedure’ AI Board sub-group.
Therefore, the AI Office kindly requests Member States to nominate, in writing to EU-
[email protected], by 15 May, one representative and one substitute from
relevant Member States’ ministries for the ‘Review of the Rules of Procedure’ sub-
group. Nominees should have expertise related to procedural rules and governance
structures.
