Dear Minister Pakosta, It is my pleasure to invite you to speak at a high-level, invitation-only convening of transatlantic leaders and
decision-makers in Brussels, Belgium as part of the Center for European Policy Analysis’s (CEPA) exclusive
flagship convening in Europe, the CEPA Europe Tech & Security Conference on June 5, 2025.
The CEPA Europe Tech & Security Conference, a half-day conference, will bring together world leaders, policymakers, innovators, and experts to discuss the most pressing tech and security policy challenges for Europe and the United States. Commemorating CEPA’s 20th anniversary, this conference will examine the intersections of technology, trade, and security, including technology supply chains, EU-US approaches to the China challenge, and the role of technology and innovation in allied defense. Keynote speakers at previous CEPA high-level engagements include heads of state, CEOs, and global impact- makers including former NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, US European Commander General Christopher G. Cavoli, High Representative and Vice President Kaja Kallas, Moldovan President Maia Sandu, US Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, US Senators Jeanne Shaheen and Roger Wicker, Founder of World Central Kitchen José Andrés, Founder and CEO of NVIDIA Jensen Huang, and former CEO and Chairman of Google Eric Schmidt, among others.
