April 18th, 2025 Outstanding Membership Fees and Financial Health of CTIF
Dear colleague I am writing to you today as the newly appointed treasurer of CTIF, a position I have proudly held since 1st January 2025. My primary goal is to safeguard and strengthen the financial health of our esteemed organisation. It is with some concern that I inform you of a significant outstanding amount in unpaid membership fees. This backlog has unfortunately grown historically, particularly following the challenging period of the COVID-19 pandemic. To ensure the continuity and stability of CTIF, it is crucial that we collectively address this backlog. Members with outstanding fees will be contacted by our President, Milan Dubravac. Also, to ensure accurate processing of your payment, please note that we have recently transitioned to a new Belgian bank account for membership fee payments:
Financial Management of International Association of Fire and Rescue services
IBAN: BE75 0689 5440 4851 BIC: GKCCBEBB
When settling your outstanding dues, it is crucial to use the new account details provided on the enclosed payment form. This will help us avoid any delays or complications in recording your payment. We kindly request that you double-check the account information before making your transfer to ensure that your payment is credited correctly. I wish to emphasise that timely payment of the fee is essential to avoid suspension or cancellation of your membership. I understand that the past few years have been financially challenging for many. However, I am confident that through our collective efforts, we can maintain the financial health of our organisation. I sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this important matter. Let us work together to secure the future of CTIF. Kind regards Tom VAN ESBROECK Roman Sykora Milan Dubravac CTIF Traesurer CTIF General Secretary CTIF President
