Dear Erika Frigo,
Yes, if the maintenance fee or state fee has not been paid or the sales volumes have not been submitted by March 31, the notification will be removed from the Health Board’s website. To republish a removed notification, a new notification must be submitted and the state fee of 5000 euros paid (pursuant to § 298⁴ (1) of the State Fees Act). Please note that the standard six-month waiting period for new notifications will apply.

Dear all,
I would like to submit the following question:
In case a TPD notifier does not pay the maintenance fees what does it mean (from your website): the notification(s) will be deleted from the website of the Health Board?
Does that mean they have to redo the notifications and wait six months?
