Dear Mr. Chief Justice,
On behaif of the Ministry of Justic and Digital Affairs of Estonia, it is with great pleasure that 1 extend an invitation to the Judiciary of Tanzania and the Judiciary of Zanzibar to visit the Repubiic of Estonia for a study visit aimed at gaining insight into the judicial system of our country. The delegation of Tanzania and Zanzibar is expected to arrive on May 24- June 1, 2025.
The topics to be discussed during this visit hold significant importance in enhancing efflciency and accessibility of justice services in Tanzania and Zanzibar. This study visit offers an invaluable opportunity for the invoived parties to exchange knowledge in various areas, including, digitization and roll-out of e-Courts, including case management, court efficiency, court performance and estabiishment of key performance indicators and smart courts mechanism.
Attached to this invitation, you will find a list of participants comprising the delegation of Tanzania and Zanzibar which are accompanied by representatives of the World Bank. Ali related costs wiIl be covered through the World Bank projects ,,Zanzibar JudiciaI Modernization Project” and ,,Citizen Centric JudiciaI Modernization and Justice Se,vice Delivery Project”.
