INVTTATION TO VYTAUTAS MAGNUS ARMY COMMAND AND STAFF COURSE

On behalf of the Ministry of National Defence of the Republic of Lithuania, I would like

to invite up to five Latvian officers to attend the Vytautas Magnus Army Command and

Staff Course (ACSC) to be conducted from 25 August to 19 December 2025 at the

General Jonas Zemaitis Military Academy of Lithuania (MAL) in Vilnius'

The ACSC is designed to educate and train officers to perform staff-related tasks at

battalion/brigade 1evel (see the attached ACSC Description and Admission

Requirements).

The non-residential Advanced Distributed Learning (ADL) module will be held from 18

August 2O2S to provide the basic knowledge for attendees of the ACSC. The

prii.ip"nts will be provided with service laptops. Wireless connection will be available

during classes and at the dormitories. Each student will be given a username and

passiord for the Moodle (Modular Object-Oriented Dynamic Learning. Environment)

platform where he/she witi tind all the necessary information concerning the course

inOt, administrative information, regulations of the MAL, course curriculum, etc').
