RE: INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE IN THE MARITIME ISR 2025 CONFERENCE

Dear Commodore Ivo Värk,

The Maritime ISR conference is officially confirmed to re-launch across two days from 28 – 29 October 2025 at the Copthorne Tara Hotel in London. I am delighted to extend an official invitation requesting your participation as a keynote speaker during the conference. The conference is expected to host over 300 attendees from NATO member countries and allies and looks to bring together senior personnel from the Maritime ISR community.

With the ongoing advancements in agile and innovative technologies transforming maritime operation and security, it is crucial to convene and collaborate to explore, discuss and assess solutions specifically designed, developed and deployed to ensure success in future maritime operational environments. Recent developments in maritime ISR highlight the importance of integrating cutting-edge technology to maintain a strategic advantage during operations.

As part of the initial research phase, I have been speaking with key individuals across the military, government and commercial sides of maritime organisations to gain insight into some of the most discussed and thought-provoking topics surrounding Maritime ISR. This information has been fundamental in developing the new 2-day programme and I look forward to the value that you and your team would add to the conversation.

At this stage, we are looking to include the following discussion points:

• Insights into maritime ISR and security • Future trends • Ocean connectivity • Indo-Pacific perspectives • Geospatial intelligence • Underwater awareness

Whilst I am currently in the process of building a stellar, speaker line-up, I have identified you as someone that would be an incredibly insightful inclusion. As a keynote speaker, the registration fee for the conference is waived and you are entitled to bring with you up to 5 relevant guests as part of a delegation, free of charge (serving military/government or pre-authorised personnel only).
