C. 9278 The International Bureau of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) presents its compliments and has the honor to communicate that the 2025 WIPO Intellectual Property Judges Forum will be held on Tuesday, October 14 and Wednesday, October 15, 2025, in a hybrid format (in person at WIPO Headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland, and virtually on the Zoom platform). The WIPO Intellectual Property Judges Forum responds to the demand from Member States for dialogue amongst judges, as national and regional courts confront an increasing number of novel questions in intellectual property cases. The purpose of the Forum is to provide a platform for the exchange of information and practices on issues of common concern amongst judiciaries, while recognizing diverse judicial structures within distinct national and regional legal and economic frameworks. In 2024, the Forum brought together 435 judges from 101 countries and six regional courts, to engage with their global peers on topical issues in intellectual property law. The draft program for the 2025 Forum is available on the WIPO website at https://www.wipo.int/judgesforum2025. Simultaneous interpretation will be provided in English, Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian and Spanish. With a view to encouraging open dialogue amongst judicial peers, attendance at the Forum is limited to judges of courts and adjudicators of quasi-judicial appeal bodies of Intellectual Property Offices. In order to promote participation by intellectual property judges from all jurisdictions, the International Bureau would be grateful for your assistance in facilitating the transmission of this invitation to the appropriate judicial authorities. Le Bureau international de l’Organisation Mondiale de la Propriété Intellectuelle (OMPI) présente ses compliments et a l’honneur de faire savoir que le Forum 2025 de l’OMPI à l’intention des juges spécialisés en propriété intellectuelle se tiendra les mardi 14 et mercredi 15 octobre 2025, sous une forme hybride (en présentiel au siège de l’OMPI à Genève (Suisse), et virtuellement sur la plateforme Zoom).

Le Forum de l’OMPI à l’intention des juges spécialisés en propriété intellectuelle répond au souhait exprimé par les États membres de voir un dialogue s’instaurer entre les juges, dans un contexte où les tribunaux nationaux et régionaux font face à un nombre croissant de questions nouvelles dans le domaine de la propriété intellectuelle. Il vise à offrir aux représentants des systèmes judiciaires un cadre dans lequel échanger des informations et comparer les pratiques sur des questions d’intérêt commun, sans négliger la diversité des structures judiciaires des différents systèmes juridiques et économiques nationaux et régionaux. En 2024, 435 juges de 101 pays et de six tribunaux régionaux ont participé au forum, pour échanger avec leurs homologues du monde entier sur des questions d’actualité dans le domaine du droit de la propriété intellectuelle.

Форум ВОИС по вопросам интеллектуальной собственности для судей проводится в русле потребности государств-членов в межсудейском диалоге в условиях, когда национальные и региональные суды все чаще сталкиваются с принципиально новыми вопросами в ходе разбирательства споров в области интеллектуальной собственности. Цель Форума — предоставить площадку для обмена информацией и опытом решения вопросов, представляющих общий интерес для судебных органов, с учетом разнообразия судебных структур в рамках уникальных национальных и региональных правовых и экономических систем. В 2024 году в работе Форума приняли участие 435 судей, представляющих 101 страну и шесть региональных судов; они собрались, чтобы обсудить со своими коллегами из других государств актуальные вопросы права интеллектуальной собственности. La Oficina Internacional de la Organización Mundial de la Propiedad Intelectual (OMPI) presenta sus atentos saludos y tiene el honor de comunicar que la edición de 2025 del Foro de la OMPI para Jueces de Propiedad Intelectual se celebrará el martes 14 y el miércoles 15 de octubre de 2025 en formato híbrido (en persona en la sede de la OMPI en Ginebra (Suiza) y virtualmente en la plataforma Zoom).

Con la organización del Foro de la OMPI para Jueces de Propiedad Intelectual se responde a la demanda de los Estados miembros de fomentar el diálogo entre jueces, habida cuenta de que los tribunales nacionales y regionales tienen que hacer frente a un número cada vez mayor de nuevos problemas en las causas relacionadas con la propiedad intelectual. El objetivo del Foro es ser una plataforma de intercambio de información y prácticas sobre cuestiones de interés común entre las autoridades judiciales y, al mismo tiempo, exponer la función que cumplen las diversas estructuras judiciales dentro de los distintos marcos jurídicos y económicos nacionales y regionales. En 2024, el Foro reunió a 435 jueces de 101 países y seis tribunales regionales, quienes dialogaron con sus colegas de todo el mundo sobre cuestiones relativas a la legislación en materia de propiedad intelectual.
