We are sorry to hear about this issue. We just checked with our accountant and bank again that the payment EURO 4000.00 was successfully transferred to your account Rahandusministeerium IBAN: EE932200221023778606 on 21st, March, 2025.

（Sent from INNOKIN TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED) . Could you please recheck again with your accountant whether you have payment on 21st, March,2025 from INNOKIN TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED? We have not received return payment for this payment.

Attached please find our transaction proof and Innokin statutory fee products list again for your reference.

Let us make things clearly as below:

1. On 2nd, May, 2025, you stated that :

SHENZHEN INNOKIN TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD made an advance payment for 19 products (a statutory fee of 100 euros for storage of a notification of tobacco products and products related to tobacco products (§ 298⁴ (3) of the Statutory Fees Act)).

on 2nd, May, 2025 you noted us that you have received our payment and asked us how to deal with the advance payment for 19 products (1900 EURO).

However , your latest email noted us that you have not received our payment. This really make us fell confusing .

2. We know the deadline for the statutory fee was 31, March, 2025, so we made payment on 21st, March, 2025. Our accountant and our bank all confirmed that the payment has arrived in your account

Rahandusministeerium IBAN: EE932200221023778606 on 21st, March, 2025.

You did not notify us that you have not received our payment before the 31 March deadline.

3. On 4th, April, 2025, you did send us email that you have not received our payment , and a reminder about the payment of the statutory fee due on 18.04.202.

We checked again with our accountant and bank again on 7, April,2025, they have confirmed us again that the payment has arrived in your account successfully on 21, March,2025.

We replied your email on 7th,April that we checked again with our accountant and bank, they have confirmed us again that the payment has arrived in your account Rahandusministeerium IBAN: EE932200221023778606 successfully

on 21st, March, 2025 and let you confirm with your accountant again whether you have received our payment.

We received no response before your 18 April 2025 deadline, despite six follow-up emails (sent 7, 9, 14, 16, 23, and 30 April 2025). Your next reply came only on 2 May 2025.

4. Why was there no response before the deadlines (31 March / 18 April 2025)?

As our accountant and bank noted us that the payment already arrived in your account Rahandusministeerium IBAN: EE932200221023778606 on 21st, March, 2025, and we told you several times to let you confirm whether you have received our payment

or not, however ,we have not received your reply before the due date 18th,April, 2025.

Our accountant cannot authorize a duplicate EURO 4000.00 payment without resolution. This should have been confirmed before your due date 18th, April, 2025 instead of reply us on 29th, May,2025.

5. Below was the email you sent to us on 2nd, May,2025 for your reference.

We hope this issue will be resolved as soon as possible, since the issue originated outside of our responsibility.

By the way, we found below 2 EC IDS were not published on your website, they were submitted in August,2024 and no need to pay the statutory fee. Could you kindly check and let us know why they are not published ,thanks!

Subject: Deletion of tobacco product notifications - SHENZHEN INNOKIN TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD

Dear Sir/Madam,

No statutory fees have been received for the storage of notifications of tobacco products and products related to tobacco products.

In accordance with § 298^4 (3) of the Statutory Fees Act, a statutory fee of 100 euros per year must be paid for the storage of a notification of tobacco products and products related to tobacco products. In accordance with § 10^4 (2) of the Tobacco Act, a statutory fee for the storage of the notification must be paid by 31 March each year.

On 18 December 2024, the Health Board sent a notice on the amendments to the Tobacco Act (§ 10^4) and the Statutory Fees Act (§ 298^4). Also, on 4 April 2025, the Health Board sent a reminder about the payment of the statutory fee due on 18.04.2025, including a warning that if the fee is not paid on time, the notification(s) will be deleted from the website of the Health Board.

On 26.05.2025, you have not paid the fee, the Health Board considers your notifications to be outdated and they no longer be published on the website. In accordance with § 10^2 (7) of the Tobacco Act, your notifications:

Should you wish to relist a product that has been deleted, you must submit a new notification and pay a fee of 5000 euros in accordance with § 298^4 (1) of the Statutory Fees Act.
