Dear colleagues,

Please find attached and at  Meeting Agendas and Notes the draft agenda for this week ECDC-MS Roundtable meeting. For this meeting, we propose discussing the events mentioned in the agenda.

We welcome your feedback by 16:00 Stockholm time tomorrow. This will allow us to share the final agenda before EOB (on Wednesday 4 June).

Shortly we will share the link for the call with NFPs for Threat Detection and OCPs for Epidemic Intelligence. Please, fill in the excel file with any other MS expert you would like to participate in the call and forward them the invitation. Only colleagues included in the excel file will be admitted to the call ( ECDC-MS RoundTable Meeting nonNFP or OCP Participants List.xlsx).

Following the advice of the compliance officer, the experts from MS can include also those not nominated for an official ECDC role (see updated instructions at:  WorkingInstructions_InvitingParticipants_ECDC_MS_Roundtable_202505.docx). If you encounter any issues in accessing any of the files shared (i.e., the draft agenda or the excel), please, let us know.
