Oleks tarvis hinnangut ISO 13920:2023 vastavuse kohta. Oleme kliendiga erinevatel arvamustel ISO 13920:2023 tõlgenduses. Ei leidnud kohe, kedagi kellel oleks kõige parem pädevus ja arusaam tehnilistest standarditest ja seega pöördusin teie poole, pole kindel, et keegi mind teie poolt aidata saab, aga proovin ikka. Lisasin joonise manusesse. Kirjanurgas on standard ISO 13920-BF. Klient mõõdab punases ringis olevat sõlme nurka vastavalt ISO 13920 standardi klassile B. Mina ei nõustu, kuna antud standardis ütleb punkt 4.2 selgelt, et selleks, et nurka mõõta vastavalt ISO 13920 tolerantsi klassile B, peab joonisel nurk tähistatud olema arvväärtusega või vastava indikatsiooniga. Ei piisa eeldusest, et peaks olema 90 kraadine nurk kahe detaili vahel. Punkt 4.2 nõuab nurga tähistamist.
Probleem: antud küsitav koht joonisel (märgitud punase rõngaga), klient mõõtis nurga üle ja oli 89.1 kraadi kaheavadega detaili vaheline nurk. Peale seda tegi reklamatsiooni ja viitas ISO 13920 standardile, joonisel kirjanurgas on ISO 13920- BF. Minu vastus oli, et( kuna joonisele ei ole märgitud nurga mõõtu, oleks see märgitud siis kehtiks standardi järgi B tolerantsi mõõt) seal ei saa kasutada nurga B tolerants mõõtu, aga klient on veendunud, et tolerants võib olla ainult ISO 13920 punkt 4.2 välja toodud B klassi tolerants nurgale +/- 30 minutit.
