LAST REMINDER TO REGISTER ONLINE TO THE 2025 ASSEMBLIES OF WIPO
Reference is kindly made to the attached invitation circular C. N 4198.
· Online registration (in person or remote participation) is required for all participants, including Geneva-based delegates from Permanent Missions.
The registration process can be completed via the following link: https://www.wipo.int/registration/en/a/index.jsp.
The submission of credentials (dated, signed and stamped Note Verbale, official letter or document, originating from a competent authority of a Member State) is a pre-requisite for the successful completion of the online registration.
Online registration enables (i) participants to obtain conference badges in advance or upon arrival at WIPO on the opening day of the Assemblies, and (ii) remote participants to receive in advance the link to login.

· L’enregistrement en ligne (participation en présentiel ou à distance) est obligatoire pour tous les participants, y compris les délégués des missions permanentes établies à Genève.

La procédure d’enregistrement au moyen du formulaire en ligne sera achevée lorsque les participants auront présenté leur lettre de créance (note verbale, lettre officielle ou document officiel daté et signé ou revêtu d’un timbre, émanant d’une autorité compétente d’un État membre).

The Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) presents his compliments and has the honor to invite Members and Observers to the Sixty-Sixth Series of Meetings of the Assemblies of the Member States of WIPO, which will be held in Geneva, at the headquarters of WIPO, from July 8 to 17, 2025, in a hybrid format.
The Draft Agenda (document A/66/1 Prov.1) and the document entitled “General Information” (A/66/INF/1), which indicates the status of each invited Member or Observer in each of the Assemblies and related bodies of the Member States of WIPO convened for the said sessions, are available on the WIPO website.
The International Bureau will make available other working documents on the WIPO website in due course and transmit regular updates advising of the posting of new documents.
Delegates nominated to participate physically on site and/or remotely via the online platform are requested to register by June 17, 2025, using the code: WA54NM33SI.
In view of the pre-meeting technical and delegate-support arrangements required for remote participation via the online platform, delegations are requested to strictly adhere to the registration deadline. Registered remote delegates will be individually contacted concerning technical modalities. A user-guide for the remote participation platform is available on the WIPO website.
As WIPO is committed to promoting gender equality, it would be appreciated if parity could be taken into account when nominating the representatives.

El Director General de la Organización Mundial de la Propiedad Intelectual (OMPI) presenta sus atentos saludos y tiene el honor de invitar a los miembros y observadores a la sexagésima sexta serie de reuniones de las Asambleas de los Estados miembros de la OMPI, que se celebrará en Ginebra, en la sede de la OMPI, del 8 al 17 de julio de 2025, en formato híbrido.
El proyecto de orden del día (documento A/66/1 Prov.1) y el documento titulado “Información general” (A/66/INF/1), en el cual se indica la condición de cada miembro u observador invitado a participar en cada una de las Asambleas y órganos conexos de los Estados miembros de la OMPI que han sido convocados en el marco de la serie de reuniones, han sido publicados en el sitio web de la OMPI.
La Oficina Internacional publicará otros documentos de trabajo en el sitio web de la OMPI a su debido tiempo e informará periódicamente de la publicación de nuevos documentos.

Le Directeur général de l’Organisation Mondiale de la Propriété Intellectuelle (OMPI) présente ses compliments et a l’honneur d’inviter les membres et observateurs à la soixante-sixième série de réunions des assemblées des États membres de l’OMPI, qui se tiendra sous une forme hybride au siège de l’OMPI à Genève, du 8 au 17 juillet 2025.
Le projet d’ordre du jour (document A/66/1 Prov.1) et le document intitulé “Renseignements d’ordre général” (A/66/INF/1), qui indique le statut de chaque membre ou observateur invité pour chaque assemblée ou organe apparenté des États membres de l’OMPI convoqué à l’occasion desdites sessions, sont disponibles sur le site Web de l’OMPI.
Le Bureau international publiera en temps utile d’autres documents de travail sur le site Web de l’OMPI, et transmettra périodiquement des avis annonçant la mise à disposition de ces nouveaux documents.
Tous les délégués désignés pour participer physiquement sur site ou à distance par l’intermédiaire de la plateforme en ligne sont priés de s’enregistrer en ligne d’ici le 17 juin 2025 à l’aide du code suivant : WA54NM33SI.
