Maintenance Termination Notice
Tervise ja Heaolu Infosüsteemide Keskus (TEHIK) is hereby providing Partner, S.Y.B. Estonia OÜ
(Infobuild Oy) with written notice that at the end of the current Maintenance term (31st of December 2025)
TEHIK will not renew Maintenance for the TIBCO software previously licensed by the parties to End User,
Tervise ja Heaolu Infosusteemide Keskus on a perpetual basis. Maintenance for all TIBCO software will
terminate upon the expiration of the current Maintenance term.
Effective 01-January-2026, maintenance, and all corresponding support and upgrades, will be terminated.
