The conference sessions will take place at the Faculty of Legal and Political Sciences of
the Rey Juan Carlos University of Madrid (Spain) (Salón de Actos de la Biblioteca.
Paseo de los Artilleros S/N, 28032 Madrid).
I kindly ask you to confirm whether you will attend and give a talk before August 31st,
by filling out the attached registration document and sending it to me at my email
address ([email protected]). There is no conference fee, but participants must
cover their own travel.
The talks should be related to the theme of the International Congress and will be
limited to 20 minutes (maximum) in Spanish or English language.
Selected conference papers will be published in an edited book or conference
proceedings (electonic or/and printed). The length of the paper should not exceed 20
pages (12 pt. Times New Roman font, line spacing 1.5, full justification, with single-
spaced footnotes in 10 pt. Times New Roman).
The full paper submission deadline will be November 30, 2025. Please submit papers
in a “Microsoft Word Document” by email to me at [email protected]
At the beginning of October, I will publish and send you a detailed program of the
International Congress.

stimulating for our students, professors, and the university community. I hope that I can
