Response Regarding the Incident on May

8, 2025, at Kajaka 15, Sillamäe

Dear Sir,

Estonian Rescue Services Agency does not own or manage the video surveillance system

installed at the building located at Kajaka 15, Sillamäe. Therefore, we are not in a position to

provide access to any video footage. We recommend that you contact the property owner or

the building management company directly, as they are responsible for the maintenance and

storage of surveillance recordings.

Regarding the incident on May 8th, 2025, we regret to inform you that we are unable to

provide any further information. The emergency response involved other individuals whose

personal data and circumstances we are not authorized to disclose without their consent. Sharing

additional details with third parties would be a violation of personal data protection laws and

could infringe upon the privacy rights of those involved.

Additionally, we would like to inform you that a follow-up inspection was carried out by the

Eastern Regional Rescue Service on June 19th, 2025 at the same address. No evacuation-

related violations were identified during the inspection. This was communicated to you in

official correspondence under reference number 7.2-2.3/2669-3.
