Regrettably, due to prior commitments, I will be unable to attend. Nonetheless, I would like to express my gratitude for the initiative to commemorate the life and legacy of Professor Dr. Dr. h.c. mult. Rainer Arnold.

Professor Arnold's outstanding contributions to constitutional law, European integration, and academic cooperation have left a lasting mark on the intemational legal community. His work, scholarship, and personal warmth continue to inspire many of us across borders. A congress of this nature is a most fitting tribute to his enduring legacy.
