I am seeking information regarding the entity responsible for issuing certification of approval

for the sale of foam-forming firefighting agents in your country. I would be very grateful for

any assistance regarding information on the above-mentioned topic.

Our company, PCC Exol, is a manufacturer of foam-forming fire extinguishing agents, and

we would like to obtain permission to sell our product in Estonia. At the moment, we have

approval from the Czech TUPO and MPA Dresden.

Zaleca się Klientom niezależne sprawdzenie przekazanych sugestii, zaleceń, rozwiązań i instrukcji, a także wyników innych konsultacji i analiz prowadzonych w ramach wsparcia technicznego przed ich zastosowaniem w rzeczywistych warunkach produkcyjnych. O ile inaczej nie zastrzeżono w umowie z Klientem, PCC Exol SA nie ponosi jakiejkolwiek odpowiedzialności za osiągnięcie zamierzonych przez Klienta rezultatów zastosowania produktów PCC Exol SA i/lub zastosowania sugestii, zaleceń, rozwiązań i instrukcji przekazanych przez PCC Exol SA oraz wyników innych konsultacji i analiz prowadzonych w ramach wsparcia technicznego, jak również za konsekwencje jakiegokolwiek wykorzystania przez Klienta takich sugestii, zaleceń, rozwiązań i instrukcji oraz wyników innych konsultacji i analiz prowadzonych w ramach wsparcia technicznego. Unless provided otherwise in the Client contract, PCC Exol SA shall not bear any responsibility for the achievement of results of applying products manufactured by PCC Exol SA, as it may be intended by the Client, and/or application of suggestions, recommendations, solutions and instructions provided by PCC Exol SA, as well as results of other consultations and analyses performed within technical support, together with the consequences of any usage of such suggestions, recommendations, solutions and instructions or results of other consultations and analyses performed within technical support.
