Thank you for your kind letter. It was a great pleasure to meet you in Helsinki during ACA-Europe seminar and General Assembly. We are very pleased, that Ukraine has joined the
ACA-Europe Association as an observer. It gives a great opportunity for the Ukraine and for the members of ACA-Europe to exchange their knowledge and best practices. We hope that
this step ensures a long-lasting cooperation and connection between Ukraine and ACA-Europe, as well as between the Supreme Court of Estonia and the Administrative Cassation Court of Ukraine.
We are looking forward to meeting you soon. Together with colleague Mr Paavo Randma it will be a great delight to participate in the conference held in Kyiv.
