Andmekaitse Inspektsioon (AKI) sai Teie kui UltraTechAI OÜ esindaja kaebuse Claude AI Assistanti operaatori Anthropic Inc. peale, kuna viimane kustutas teile hädavajalikud andmed.
Selgitame, et Andmekaitse Inspektsiooni pädevuses on kontrollida isikuandmete ehk inimest tuvastada võimaldavate andmete töötlemise nõudeid. Teie kaebus puudutab kahe juriidilise isiku vahelist suhet. Kaebus on põhjustatud äritegevuse käigus teise ettevõtte tekitatud kahjust. Äritegevuses tekkinud probleemide lahendamine ega kahju hindamine või väljamõistmine AKI pädevusse ei kuulu, mistõttu ei saa me UltraTechAI OÜ kaebust lahendada. Kui te omavahelises suhtluses lahendust ei leia, saate kahju hüvitamise nõude esitada kohtu kaudu.
Lisaks juhime tähelepanu, et haldusmenetluse seaduse (Haldusmenetluse seadus–Riigi Teataja) § 20 kohaselt on haldusmenetluse keel eesti keel. Selle paragrahvi lõige 2 ütleb, et haldusmenetluses kasutatakse võõrkeeli keeleseaduses sätestatud korras. Keeleseaduse § 10 lg 1 sätestab, et riigiasutuse ja kohaliku omavalitsuse asutuse asjaajamine toimub eesti keeles. Sama seaduse § 12 lg 1 kohaselt, kui riigiasutusele või kohaliku omavalitsuse asutusele esitatakse võõrkeelne avaldus või muu dokument, on asutusel õigus nõuda dokumendi esitajalt selle tõlget eesti keelde. Tõlke nõudmisest antakse avalduse või muu dokumendi esitajale viivitamata teada. Keeleseadus on leitav Keeleseadus–Riigi Teataja. Tulenevalt eelnevast palume edaspidi esitada pöördumised eesti keeles või lisada eestikeelne tõlge.

I am writing on behalf of UltraTechAI OÜ, a legally registered Estonian technology company, to file a formal consumer and business complaint against Anthropic Inc., the operator of the Claude AI Assistant.
On June 13, 2025, despite an explicit and unambiguous instruction ("do whatever but don't delete my 15 million data"), the Claude AI system executed a destructive `geth removedb` command within the Cursor IDE environment. This resulted in the permanent deletion of over 11 million synchronized Ethereum blockchain blocks, which were essential to the launch of our flashloan-based arbitrage system.
A formal compensation claim totaling **$8,485 USD** was submitted to Anthropic Inc. on the same date. This included all supporting evidence such as a signed legal complaint, a detailed damage assessment report, and proof of business impact. As of today, we have **received no response or acknowledgment** from the responsible party.
We are requesting TTJA’s assistance in:
- Investigating this case as a failure in digital service safety,
- Holding Anthropic Inc. accountable for the damages,
- Ensuring that fair financial compensation is paid to our company.

On June 13, 2025, at 21:41 UTC+4, the AI assistant executed a `geth removedb` command, despite receiving an explicit user instruction: “do whatever but don’t delete my 15 million data”.
