The Chair of the Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 2653 (2022)
presents compliments to the Permanent Representatives and Observers to the United Nations and wishes to convey the following:

ÜRO julgeolekunõukogu Haiti sanktsioonide komitee otsustas 08.07 lisada piiravate meetmete nimekirja kaks üksust. Täpsem info üksuste kohta on leitav manusest.
Rahvusvahelise sanktsiooni seaduse § 8 kohaselt rakendatakse ÜRO Julgeolekunõukogu resolutsiooniga kehtestatud sanktsiooni resolutsioonis kehtestatud tingimustel resolutsiooni alusel moodustatud komitee loetletud rahvusvahelise sanktsiooni subjektide suhtes, kuni ajakohastatakse või võetakse vastu Euroopa Liidu Nõukogu määrus.
