Thank you for your message.

According to our records, a notification for the Estonian market has been submitted for three products with the following Product IDs: 00032-24-00305, 00032-24-00306, 00032-24-00307. However, Estonia was not selected as a target market in the notification containing the product IDs 00032-24-00162, 00032-24-00309, 00032-24-00310, 00032-24-00311 , and 00032-24-00312.

We kindly ask you to verify the notification settings in the EU-CEG system to ensure that Estonia is correctly selected as a market destination.

Please also note that amendments to the Tobacco Act (§ 10⁴) and the Statutory Fees Act (§ 298⁴) entered into force on 1 January 2025. According to § 10⁴ (1) of the Tobacco Act, the state fee must be paid before submitting a notification of tobacco products or products related to a tobacco product to the Estonian market.

I am hoping you can help me with a query.

In December 2024 we submitted the below products to the EU-CEG for Estonia.

We have checked your published list and can only find 3 products listed on there.

Please can you advise if there was an issue with other notifications? And if so, how can we rectify the issue so we can place the products on the market in Estonia.
