Estonia – Letter of Adherence: Beneficiary in the consortium of GenAI Initiative for Public Administrations

To whom this may concern,

I am writing as a representative of Ministry of Justice and Digital Affairs of the Republic of Estonia to formally express our interest in joining the Consortium being established within the framework of the European Commission’s Digital Europe Programme call for proposals, titled “AI Continent - DIGITAL-2025-AI-08-SUPPLY-AI - Apply AI: GenAI for the public administrations,” in a proposal lead by the Regional Government of Andalucía (Spain). We are excited about the opportunity to collaborate with other stakeholders in driving innovation and digital transformation across the entirety of Europe.

As a potential Beneficiary of this Consortium, we are eager to contribute our expertise and resources to address our common challenges and in doing so enhance the collective impact of our efforts, specifically through leading the work-package related to use-cases and piloting. To that end, we believe that our participation will strengthen the Consortium's mission and be key in promoting the consortium’s work locally in Estonia.
