Research on eIDAS revision

I am reaching out because we are researching the eIDAS revision. More specifically, we are researching the choices that EU member states are making with regard to the EUDI wallet issuance, supervisory and trust services. According to the EU eIDAS dashboard and the FESA (Forum of European Supervisory authorities for trust services), the RIA has a crucial role regarding oversight of the EUDI wallet and/or the trust services.  

To this end, we want to ask you the following:

1. Will the Estonian government develop a government operated EUDI wallet themselves? And which entity (ministry or department) within the government will oversee this? 
2. Will the Estonian government outsource the development of the EDUI wallet to a market player? If so, to who?
3. Will the Estonian government create an open ecosystem and recognize multiple EUDI wallet provider solutions?
4. Who will be the supervisory authority for registered wallets (EUDI Wallets) in Estonia?
5. Who will be the supervisory authority for relying parties that have mandatory acceptance of EUDI wallets in Estonia?
6. Who will be the supervisory authority for the NIS2 directive in Estonia?
7. Who will be the supervisory authority for the trust services in Estonia?

We know that some countries also focus on a hybrid approach regarding the EUDI wallet. For example, The Netherlands is developing their own wallet, but also opening the ecosystem for wallet providers in the market.
