Väikeostu pakkumuste küsimine

Police and Boarder Guard Board (PPA) would like to get price offer to upgrade existing

TachoReader Combo (Inelo) devices so that they could read Smart2 tachographs. Conditions:

1. 25 devices needs to be upgraded. 2. The successful tenderer must ensure that the contracting authority can update devices

itself and for that must provide contracting authority with instruction on how to update devices and other necessary information no later than 30 calendar days after the result of this small purchase has been announced.

3. The contracting authority will forward the serial numbers of the devices that needs to be updated to the successful tenderer after the result of this small purchase has been

announced. Price offer must include:

1. Total price up to 2 decimal places (without VAT). 2. Estimated delivery time.

The order is not guaranteed, it will be placed from the bidder with the lowest price that meets

the requirements.

In case of several equal bids, the procurer organizes a lottery to determine the successful bid, allowing the bidders who submitted a bid of equal value to be present at the lottery. The lottery can be done virtually.

The invoice must be submitted after delivery. The deadline for paying the invoice must be

at least 21 days. The tenderer shall indicate in the tender which information is a trade secret and justify the

reasons for designating it as such. The value of a tender may not be indicated as a trade secret. The Contracting Authority shall not disclose the content of the tenders in so far as they are

covered by a trade secret, nor shall it be liable for the disclosure of a trade secret in so far as the tenderer has not designated it as a trade secret.

Politsei-ja Piirivalveamet (PPA) soovib hinnapakkumist olemasolevate TachoReader Combo

(Inelo) seadmete uuendamiseks, et need võimaldaksid lugeda Smart2 sõidumeerikuid. Tingimused:

1. Vajalik on uuendada 25 seadet. 2. Edukas pakkuja peab tagama, et hankija saab seadme uuendused ise teha ning

edastama selleks hankijale juhendmaterjali koos muu vajaliku infoga hiljemalt 30 kalendripäeva jooksul peale väikeostu võitja välja kuulutamist.

3. Hankija edastab uuendamist vajavate seadmete seeria numbrid edukale pakkujale

peale väikeostu võitja välja kuulutamist.

Pakkumuses palume välja tuua:

1. Pakkumuse hind täpsusega kuni 2 kohta peale koma (ilma km-ta). 2. Eeldatav tarneaeg.

Tellimus ei ole garanteeritud, see tehakse nõuetele vastava madalaima hinnaga pakkumise tegijalt.

Mitme võrdse pakkumuse korral korraldab hankija eduka pakkumuse väljaselgitamiseks

liisuheitmise, võimaldades võrdse maksumusega pakkumuse esitanud pakkujatel liisuheitmise juures viibida. Liisu heitmine võib toimuda virtuaalselt.

Hankija võtab vastu ainult e-arveid. Arve tuleb esitada peale tarnet. Arve tasumise tähtaeg peab olema vähemalt 21 päeva.

Pakkuja märgib pakkumuses, milline teave on ärisaladus ning põhjendab teabe ärisaladuseks

määramist. Ärisaladusena ei või märkida pakkumuse maksumust. Hankija ei avalikusta pakkumuste sisu ärisaladusega kaetud osas ega vastuta ärisaladuse avaldamise eest osas, milles pakkuja ei ole seda ärisaladuseks märkinud.
