Tuletõkkeplaat ASTRO BATT
ASTRO BATT on tehtud tulekindlast pressitud mineraalvillast tihedusega kuni 160/ kg/m³
mis on mõlemalt poolt kaetud 2 mm paisuva tuletõkkeseguga.Astro Batt installeeritud koos
tuletõkkehermeetiku Astro Masticuga annab konstruktsioonile tule-ja suitsukindluse kuni 6
tundi.Tänu elastsusele talub hästi mehhaanilisi ja temperatuurikõikumisest tekkivaid hoone
konstruktsiooni liikumisi.
Kasutatakse ainult siseruumides.Säilitab elastsuse temperatuurivahemikus -5°- 70°C.

Astro Intu Mastic® is an acrylic based sealant used to reinstate the fire resistance performance of wall and floor constructions where they have been provided with apertures for the penetrations of multiple services and to form linear gap seals where gaps are present in wall and floor constructions and linear joints where wall and floor constructions abut.
Astro Intu Mastic® has slight intumescent properties that cause it to swell on heating.
The Astro Intu Mastic® is supplied in liquid form contained within 310ml & 380ml cartridges, 600ml foils or in 5, 10, 20 or 25 kg tubs. The sealant is gunned or trowelled into the aperture in or between the separating elements/elements to a specific depth utilising various backing materials.
A polyethylene backing rod can be utilised as a depth gauge.
Reaction to Fire classification ‘F’
The Intended use of system Astro Intu Mastic® is to reinstate the fire resistance performance of gaps in and joints between rigid and flexible wall constructions, gaps in and joints between rigid floor constructions.
The specific elements of construction that the system Astro Intu Mastic® may be used to provide a gap or joints seal in, are as follow:
Rigid Floors: The floor must have a minimum thickness of 150mm and comprise concrete, aerated concrete or masonry, with a minimum density of 650kg/m3.
Rigid walls: The wall must have a minimum thickness of 100mm and comprise concrete, aerated or masonry, with a minimum density of 650kg/m3
Flexible walls: The wall must have a minimum thickness of 120mm and comprise timber or steel studs lined on both faces with minimum 2 layers of 12.5mm thick, ‘Type F’ Gypsum boards according to EN 520. In timber stud walls, no part of the penetration shall be closer than 100mm to a stud, the cavity must be insulation of class A1 or A2 according to EN 13501-1, is provided within the cavity between the penetration seal and the stud.
Astro Intu Mastic® is required to seal all joints and junctions during the sealing process of Astro® Batt. Astro® Coated Batt are 50mm thick and supplied in overall dimensions 1200mm x 600mm with a density 140kg/m3 and is subject to a separate ETA referenced 14-????.
The Supporting construction must be classified in accordance with EN 13501-2 for the required fire resistance period.
The system Astro Intu Mastic® may be used to provide a linear joint or gap seal with specific supporting constructions and substrates and as a penetration seal.
The maximum permitted joint/gap width for system Astro Intu Mastic® is 50mm. The maximum movement capability of system Astro Intu Mastic® is ≤ 7.5%
Astro Intu Mastic® has been tested in accordance with EOTA Technical Report - TR024 - Edition November 2006, for the type Z1, use category specific in ETAG 026-3 (used as European Assessment Document, EAD). The results of the tests have demonstrated suitability for Penetration Seals and Linear Gap Joints.
Type Z1: Intended for use In internal conditions with humidity equal to or higher than 85% RH excluding temperatures below 0oC, without exposure to rain or UV.

Astroflame Fireseals Limited has presented a declaration that Astro Intu Mastic® does not contain any substance of high concern with regards to REACH Regulations and are compliant with the requirements reference to http://ec.europa.eu/enterprise/ construction/cpd-ds/index.cfm
Confirmation has further been declared that all dangerous chemical substances ≥1.0 % w/w as well as all toxic, carcinogenic, toxic for reproduction and mutagenic chemical substances ≥ 0.1 % w/w (Status: 29. adaption – 2004/73/EG – of the EU directive 67/548/EEC - classification, packaging and labelling of dangerous substances) are stated in the Astro Intu Mastic® safety data sheets (according to91/155/EEC including amendments) and have been considered for the classification of the products according to the directive 1999/45/EG (classification of preparations, including amendments).
All dangerous chemical substances are below the classification limits of 67/548/EEC. In addition to the specific clauses relating to dangerous substances contained in this European technical approval, there may be other requirements applicable to the products falling within its scope (e.g. transposed European legislation and national laws, regulations and administrative provisions). In order to meet the provisions of the Construction Products Regulation, these requirements need also to be complied with, when and where they apply.
The provisions made in the European Technical Assessment are based on an assumed working life of the Astro Intu Mastic® of 10 years, provided that the conditions laid down in sections 4.2/5.1/5.2 for the packaging/transport/storage/installation/use/ repair are met. The indications given on the working life cannot be interpreted as a guarantee given by the producer, but are to be regarded only as a means for choosing the right products in relation to the expected economically reasonable working life of the works.

Astro Intu Mastic® covers the fire exposure and hose stream tests conducted under UL Project No. 13CA05419. The fire exposure and hose stream tests were conducted in accordance with the Fourth edition of the Standard, December 12, 2012 and the Fourth Edition of the Standard, Fire Tests of Firestop Systems, CAN/ULC-S115-11, June 2011.
Test Assembly:
The test assembly consisted of a concrete floor and a steel stud/gypsum board wall assembly. The test assembly consisted of one head-of-wall joint system and two wall-to-wall joint system. The construction details of each joint system are described below:
Head of Wall
Nominal 25mm depth of sealant in 50mm wide joint, finished flush to each of the wall. Sealant backed with 80mm deep mineral wool 60kg/m3. Faces of the joint finished with steel studs but unlined.
Wall to Wall
Nominal 25mm depth of sealant in 10mm wide joints, finished flush to each face of the wall. Sealant backed with 120mm deep mineral wool 60kg/m3. Faces of the joint finished with steel studs but unlined.
Wall to Wall
Nominal 25mm depth of sealant in 50mm wide joint, finished flush to each face of the wall. Sealant backed with 80mm deep mineral wool 60kg/m3. Faces of the joint finished with steel studs but unlined.

This relates to the use of Astro Intu Mastic® through 3rd party certification with Certifire for the fire protection of movement joints within walls and floors. The detailed scope is given in the Approval Matrix. This shows the thickness and acceptable services for Astro Intu Mastic® required to provide fire resistance periods in accordance with BS 476: part 20: 1987 of up to 240 minutes for wall/floor constructions. The scope of certification complies with the guidelines stated in the ASFP Red Book: 3rd Edition for 3rd party certification schemes. This level of certification is designed to demonstrate compliance of the products or system specifically with Approved Document B (England and Wales). If compliance is required to regulatory or guidance documents there may be additional constructions or conflict to be taken into account. The product is approved on the basis of:
I. Initial type testing II. Audit testing at the frequency specified in TS03 III. A design appraisal against TS03 IV. Inspection and surveillance of factory production control
The concrete walls shall be at least 150mm thick and the floors at least 230mm thick and have at least the same fire rating as that required for the penetration seal.
Masonry and concrete gap faces will be within the density range of 450 to 2300kg/m3, and gap faces will be free loose or flaking materials
Backing or support materials may be polyethylene or polyurethane foam, material or ceramic fibre insulation.
The approval relates to ongoing production. Product and/or its immediate packaging is identified with the manufacture's name, the product name or number, the CERTIFIRE name or name and mark, together with the CERTIFRE certificate number CF640 and application where appropriate.

1. This approval relates to the use of Astro lntumastic for the fire protection of movement joints within walls and floors. The detailed scope is given in the Approval Matrix included in this Certificate. This shows the thickness and acceptable services for Astro Intumastic Sealant .required to provide fire resistance periods in accordance with BS 476: Part20: 1987 of up to 240 minutes for wall/floor constructions.
2. This certification is designed to demonstrate compliance of the product or system specifically with Approved Document B (England and Wales), Section D of the Technical Standards (Scotland), Technical Booklet E (N. lreland). lf compliance is required to other regulatory or guidance documents there may be additional considerations or conflict to be taken into account.'
3. The product is approved on the basis of:
i) Initialtype testing ii) Audit testing at the frequency specified in TS40 iii) A design appraisal against TS40 iv) lnspection and surveillance of factory production control v) Certification of quality management system to ISO 9001: 2000
4. The concrete walls shall be at least 150mm thick and the floors at least 230mm thick and have at least the same fire rating as that required for the penetration seal.

Allgemeine Hinweise – Diese Einbauanleitung stellt inhaltlich den derzeitigen Zulassungsstand dar. – Neben den speziellen Hinweisen gelten die Ausführungen der DIN 18 093, Ein-
bau von Feuerschutztüren mit. – Werden andere Zubehörbauteile, wie in dieser Einbauanleitung beschrieben,
z.B. Türschließer usw. verwendet, so sind die diesen Teilen beigefügten Einbau- anweisungen zu benutzen.
– Andere Zubehörbauteile dürfen nur verwendet werden, wenn deren Tauglich- keit, z.B. durch ein Allgemeines bauaufsichtliches Prüfungszeugnis nachgewie- sen ist und diese Bauteile gemäß den Forderungen der Bauregelliste gekenn- zeichnet sind.
– Technische Änderungen behalten wir uns vor. – Grundierte H8-5-Türelemente dürfen nur in trockenen Räumen, als Innen-
tür eingesetzt werden! – Für den Außeneinsatz dürfen nur verzinkte und grundierte (siehe Lackier-
hinweis Pkt. 9) Türen eingesetzt werden. 2

Teil I Feuerschutztüren sind nach der o.a. Zulassung, dieser Einbauanweisung und den Forderungen der DIN 18 093, Einbau von Feuerschutztüren, einzubauen.
Auflagen für Brandschutz:
Die gelieferten Produkte entsprechen der bauaufsichtlichen Zulassung. Änderungen dürfen nur im Rahmen der in der Mitteilung 2/96 des DIBt veröffentlichten: »Änderungen bei Feuer- schutzabschlüssen (Fassung Juni 1995)« vorgenommen werden.
– Feuerschutztüren müssen in eingebautem Zustand selbstschließend und mit für den bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauch notwendigen Beschlägen ausgerüstet sein.
– Der Betreiber ist für den einwandfreien Zustand der Feuerschutztür verantwortlich. – Andere Beschläge, Drückergarnituren, Schlössser, Stangengriffe, Schließmittel, dürfen
nur verwendet werden, wenn Eignungsnachweise – Allgemeine bauaufsichtliche Prüfungs- zeugnisse – vorliegen und die diesen Teilen zugrundeliegenden Montageanweisungen beachtet werden.
– Dübel dürfen nur verwendet werden, wenn diese bauaufsichtlich zugelassen sind und unter Beachtung des Dübelgrundes und der Randabstände.

Überprüfen der Einbausituation
– Ist die Wandbauart und -dicke zum Einbau der Tür geeignet?
– Ist die Höhenlage des Bodens bekannt?
– Welche Öffnungsrichtung ist vorgesehen?
– Soll die Tür nach innen oder außen öffnen?
– Sind Bauvorschriften zu beachten (z.B. mit oder ohne Schwelle)?
Beim Einbau zu beachten
– Die Luftspalten müssen korrekt eingehalten werden:
– bei Feuerschutztüren bei Feuerschutzklappen seitlich 4±1 seitlich Schloßseite 4±1 oben 6±1 seitlich Bandseite 3±1 unten 6±1 oben/unten 6±1
– Zargen sind mit Mörtel zu hinterfüllen und mindestens im Leibungsbereich bündig einzuputzen.
– Der Dübelanker am Kopfstab, bei allen Türbreiten größer BR 875 vorhanden, ist immer zu befestigen.
– bei Feuerschutzklappen ist auch der Dübelanker am Fußstab zu befestigen.
– Re/Li-verwendbare Türelemente können mit einem Bandrichteisen nachgerichtet und somit besser eingestellt werden.

5. Einbau mit Mauerankern
– Kontrolle der Maueröffnung und Höhen- lage (Meterriß).
– Anlegen der Ankeraussparung. – Maueranker an der Zarge um ca. 90° um-
biegen. – Türelement mit geschlossenem Türblatt
in die Wandöffnung einstellen, nach dem Meterriß, lot- und waagerecht ausrichten.
– Luftspalte mittels Distanzstücken (bau- seits) einrichten.
– Tür provisorisch mit Draht oder Holz- keilen festsetzen.
– Anker mit Zementmörtel einmauern.
Achtung: Tür darf erst nach dem Abbinden des Mörtels geöffnet werden.

Einbau mit Dübelankern
– Kombinierten Mauer-Dübelanker an der Zarge ausbiegen oder Dübellaschen an- schrauben.
– Türelement mit geschlossenem Türblatt in die Wandöffnung einstellen, nach dem Meterriß, lot- und waagerecht ausrichten.
– Luftspalte mittels Distanzstücken (bau- seits) einrichten.
– Mit Dübelbohrungen Ø 10 anbringen und Anker mittels bauaufsichtlich zugelasse- ner Dübel befestigen.
– Türblatt öffnen, Luftspalte und Funktion überprüfen.
7. Innenanschlag MZ-Türen nach innen öffnend
– Werden MZ-Türen nach innen öffnend eingebaut, so muß das Fußboden-Höhenniveau außenseitig niedriger sein bzw. bauseitig muß für das Ablaufen von Regenwasser gesorgt werden.
– Bei extremen Witterungsbedingungen (Schlagregen, Windlast etc.) empfiehlt sich gege- benenfalls die Nachrüstung mit einem als Zubehörteil erhältlichen Wetterschenkel oder Regenleiste.

Band, Federband
Feuerschutztüren und -klappen sind werk- seitig jeweils mit einem KO-Band und einem Federband ausgestattet. Zum Ausbau des Türblattes sind die Band- bolzen zur Türmitte hin auszutreiben. Bei ge- spanntem Federband ist der Sperrstift zuvor zu entfernen (siehe Spannen des Feder- bandes).
Spannen des Federbandes
Zum Spannen des Federbandes ist, bei ge- schlossenem Türblatt, der Stellstift in eine Bohrung des Federbandkopfes einzustek- ken und durch Drehen vom Türblatt weg die Feder zu spannen und durch Einsetzen des Sperrstiftes in eine der Bohrungen an der mittleren Bandrolle in der gespannten Posi- tion zu halten. Die Vorspannung ist so einzu- stellen, daß das Türblatt aus einem Öffnungs- winkel von ca. 30° selbsttätig schließt.
Türschließer
Werden Türschließer verwendet, so sind diese nach den Einbauanweisungen des Herstellers zu montieren und zu benutzen.

9. Farbbehandlung
Türblatt und Zarge sind mit umweltfreund- lichem EPOXI-Polyesterpulver grundiert. Bei Überlackierung Oberfläche anschleifen und gründlich reinigen. Endbehandlung direkt mit 2K-PUR-Decklackierung oder 2K-EPOXI-Haftgrund – lösungsmittelhaltig –
aufbringen und anschließend mit handels- üblichen Lacken streichen. Bei Außeneinsatz von MZ-Türen ist nach dieser Lackierempfehlung unbedingt zu ver- fahren.

Dichtungen:
Jede Tür/Klappe wird mit einer umlaufenden EPDM-Dichtung ausgeliefert. Vor dem Ein- ziehen der Dichtung ist gegebenenfalls die Dichtungsnut in der Zarge zu säubern. Bei Malerarbeiten ist die Dichtung zu entfernen und erst nach vollständigem Trocknen der Farbe wieder anzubringen.
Achtung: Diese Dichtung ist auf die Feuer- beanspruchung ausgelegt und geprüft. Ein Austauschen ist nur gegen die Originaldich- tung zulässig. Handelsübliche Farben sind mit der Dichtung verträglich. In Einzelfällen ist an den Anlageflächen eine geringfügige Farbveränderung der Lackoberfläche fest- gestellt worden.
11. Regenleiste
Regenleisten sind nur bei MZ-Türen erhält- lich. Diese werden bei Bedarf auf das Zargenoberteil aufgeklemmt. Die Regenleiste ist aufgrund des Transport- schutzes umgekehrt aufgesteckt.
12. Gegenzarge (Sonderausstattung)
Feuerschutztüren/-klappen dürfen mit Gegen- zargen ausgestattet werden. Die Montage er- folgt nach der diesen Zargen beigefügten Einbauanleitung.

Teil II/Wartungsanleitung Um die einwandfreie Funktion der Feuerschutztüren und -klappen wie auch der MZ-Türen zu gewährleisten, ist eine mindestens einmal jährlich durchzuführende Kontrolle mit Besei- tigung festgestellter Mängel erforder- lich.
Allgemeiner Zustand
Sichtkontrolle von Türblatt und Zarge auf mechanische und Korrosionsschäden.
Drückergarnituren
Befestigung am Türblatt und Lagerung der Drücker prüfen. Schadhafte Drücker sind zu ersetzen.
Schloß
Kontrolle der Befestigungsschrauben, Ölen von Falle und Riegel, Kontrolle des Fallen- spiels, Funktionskontrolle. Bei zu großem Fallenspiel ist evtl. die Anlage an der Dich- tung nicht mehr gewährleistet. Schadhafte Teile sind auszutauschen.
Band/Federband
Kontrolle der Bandbefestigung an Türblatt und Zarge durchführen. Bandbolzen ölen. Federeinstellung überprüfen, gegebenenfalls neu einstellen (siehe Abschnitt 7). Schad- hafte Teile sind zu erneuern.
Türschließer
Befestigung an Türblatt und Zarge überprü- fen. Einstellung kontrollieren, gegebenenfalls neu einstellen. Schadhafte Teile sind zu er- neuern.
Dichtung
Dichtung auf Verschleiß und Beschädi- gungen überprüfen. Schadhafte Dichtung austauschen.

13. Rauchschutz
Die T 30-1 H 8-5 in Rauchschutzausführung muss grundsätzlich mit einer entsprechen- den Rauchschutzdichtung ausgeführt wer- den (siehe Zeichnung). Der Wechselwinkel darf nicht entfernt werden. Desweiteren müssen Rauchschutztüren im- mer mit einem zugelassenen Obertürschlie- ßer nach EN 1154 und Profilzylinder ausge- stattet werden. Gültige Bauvorschriften sind im Vorfeld zu beachten, insbesondere für die Verwendung von Bodenschwellen.
