As your tenure as the UK Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman nears its end this
month, I wanted to take a moment to convey my sincerest well-wishes to you.
It has truly been a pleasure and an honour to have had the opportunity to work alongside you
during your time as an Ombudsman and as a fellow member of the IOI Europe Board. Your
valuable insights, wisdom, and collaborative approach have greatly enhanced our discussions
and initiatives, contributing significantly to our mission of advancing excellence in ombudsman
services across Europe and beyond. Your leadership will be deeply missed among us.
I extend my best wishes to you for all your future endeavours. While our formal collaboration
may end, I genuinely hope our paths will cross again in different capacities. Please feel free to
