On behalf myself, my colleague Mr Paavo Randma and the Supreme Court of Estonia, please

allow me to extend our sincere gratitude for your outstanding welcome and for the excellent organisation of the International Conference dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the adoption of the Code of Administrative Procedure of Ukraine. I was honoured to have the opportunity to contribute to this important event by delivering a presentation, and to share in the exchange of knowledge and experience it fostered. This conference once again provided an invaluable opportunity to further develop cooperation between our courts as well as to strengthen personal

ties among the justices. It is with great pleasure that we participate in these meetings to affirm our unwavering support for our friends at the Supreme Court of Ukraine.

We wish to express our heartfelt thanks to Ms Lina Hubar for her kind assistance and valuable advice regarding our travel to, and stay in, Kyiv.
