We highly appreciate the invitation and welcome an open exchange of views. However, regarding the implementation process of Platform Work Directive, we have made the decision in our team that under the condition of limited resources and in the interest of full transparency, we will keep our debates/discussions/meetings on the topic in this stage to a minimum, in order to keep all platforms and other appropriate interest groups in an equal information field and give everyone the same opportunity to participate in relevant discussions. In addition to that, we are still in quite early stages regarding the implementation process. More thorough work regarding the transposition preparations will start in autumn. Currently it is difficult to predict in what exact stage we will be at the end of October.

Therefore, in current stage, we unfortunately must politely decline the kind invitation.

We are holding an Estonian event on the implementation of the EU platform work directive and AI Act - together with the Estonian Business School - on 29^th October in Tallinn and it would be great to have you as a speaker there.
