On behalf of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine and on my own behalf, І would like to extend our sincere gratitude for the warm and kind words expressed in your online greetings on the occasion of the Constitution Day ofUkraine.

We are deeply grateful to the Supreme Court of the Republic of Estonia for its attention and unwavering support of our state in these challenging times. We highly value the opportunity for open dialogue with our Estonian colleagues, which contributes to strengthening professional and personal ties between judges, as well as to developing а shared vision of the role of constitutional justice in safeguarding democratic values.

We particularly appreciated the participation of member ofthe Administrative Law Chamber and member ofthe Constitutional Review Chamber ofthe Supreme Court ofthe Republic ofEstonia, Justice Nele Siitam, in delivering the online lecture on the exercise of constitutional review in the Republic of Estonia.

For the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, it was both an honour and а pleasure to welcome representatives of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Estonia to our institution, Chairman of the Administrative Law Chamber, Justice Ivo Pilving and member of the Criminal Chamber, Justice Paavo Randma. lt was especially meaningful that this visit took place during swearing-in ceremony of Judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, Mr. Oleksandr Vodiannikov. The presence of our Estonian colleagues at this event serves as confirmation of the long-standing friendly relations between the Supreme Court of the Republic of Estonia and the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.

We sincerely hope for the continuation of our fruitful cooperation with you and your colleagues in upholding our shared values - the protection of human rights and the safeguarding of the inviolability of the rule of law.
