We fully share your view that freedom, democracy, and the rule of law require constant

vigilance and collective commitment. Especially in today's challenging times, the values that

unite our nations - democracy, human dignity, and the right of peoples to live in peace - remain

our guiding principles and a foundation for continued collaboration.
