The Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Republic of

Estonia with residence in Minsk presents its compliments to the

Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Estonia and has

the honor to inform that within the framework of the

implementation of the provisions of the Hague Convention of

October 5, 1961, Abolishing the Requirement ofLegalization for

Foreign Public Documents, the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz

Republic has completed work on the implementation of the

automated information system “Electronic Apostille” (E

Apostille), which was fully operational on June 25, 2025.

In this regard, we ask you to send information to the

relevant authorities of the Republic of Estonia, and to verify its

authenticity, we are sending a sample of the electronic apostille
