We hope this message finds you well.

On behalf of the EUIPO Boards of Appeal, it is our pleasure to invite you to attend the 3^rd Meeting of Appeal Bodies, scheduled to take place on 25 September 2025 in EUIPO premises in Alicante.

The aim of the meeting is to discuss various IP appeal systems in Europe and share case law and views on trends in EU trade mark and design legal practices. As a valued stakeholder, your insights and contributions are greatly appreciated, and your continued participation plays an integral role in the success of our ongoing collaboration.

The EUIPO will cover and organise travel arrangements (flights and accommodation) for two representatives per Appeal Body of each participating EU IPO. The EUIPO travel agent will contact you with this regard. Please do not book any travel arrangements by yourself. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to share this invitation with your colleagues form your Appeal Body/Court who may be interested.

Attached to this email, you will find the official invitation. It provides comprehensive details about the event, its objectives and proposed agenda.
