In accordance with Article 33(1)(a) of the Directive 2014/41/EU, for Estonia the competent authorities are as follows:

- where Estonia is the issuing State: o district courts, courts of appeal and the Supreme Court o district prosecutor’s offices, Office of the Prosecutor General

- where Estonia is the executing State:
