Transposition of the EU Directive on Platform Workers

The timeline for the consultation has shifted somewhat due to a number of ongoing topics. At this stage, it is still difficult to provide a precise date. That said, we plan to start internal discussions in the upcoming months, and once we have something concrete to share, we will share information publicly and invite all stakeholders to provide their input (which will include you).

As things stand, this should not be expected any sooner than late autumn.

Thank you for your e-mail and interest!

We have planned to start internal consultations on the transposition of the directive in the first quarter of 2025.

This means that public consultation is likely not to be expected earlier than second quarter of 2025.

We will keep you on our list and include you once we have more information.
