Dear colleagues,
We sincerely thank you for your feedback and valuable input in refining
the concept of the Culture Resilience Alliance (CRA).
We are pleased to inform you that on 10 July 2025 in Rome, during the
Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC2025), the Minister of Culture and
Strategic Communications of Ukraine, Mykola Tochytskyi, and the Minister
of Culture of the Republic of Italy, Alessandro Giuli, officially signed
the Rome Manifesto on the establishment of the Culture Resilience
Alliance (CRA).
Alongside Ukraine and Italy, the founding members of the CRA include
Spain, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, Romania, the Netherlands, as well as
UNESCO and Europa Nostra.
The Rome Manifesto remains open for joining by all stakeholders who
share its values and strategic priorities.
The first coordination meeting of the Alliance’s members, dedicated to
the practical aspects of its activities, is tentatively scheduled for 7
October 2025, from 12:00 to 14:00 (Kyiv time, online).
We remain at your disposal for any further information, clarification,
or discussion on possible formats of engagement.
