Dear Mr Biletsky

Estonian Transport Administration hereby confirms that EstHeliTraining DTO has declared its

training activities to Estonian Transport Administration, and we have assigned them an individual

DTO reference number EE/DTO/007.

Please be informed that we do not approve training programmes of DTOs. We only verify the

compliance of those training programmes with the relevant EU requirements within 6 months from

receiving the programmes. We have not yet reviewed the training programmes of EstHeliTraining

DTO.

We would also like to bring to your attention that EstHeliTraining DTO could only provide training

for renewal of type rating to Ukrainian licence holders provided that there is an agreement between

competent authority of Ukraine and EstHeliTraining DTO. Initial type rating training for Ukrainian

licence holders is not permitted.
