Invitation to Attend | Maritime ISR Summit 2025 28th – 29th October| Copthorne Tara Hotel, London, UK
DATE: 20/08/2025
Republic of Estonia Ministry of Climate
INVITATION TO ATTEND: Maritime ISR Summit
1. The Maritime ISR 2025 Conference will bring together senior representatives from NATO, allied nations,
and the defence and technology sectors to examine the evolving landscape of maritime intelligence,
surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR). This year's agenda will focus on enhancing maritime situational
awareness through the integration of advanced technologies such as AI, uncrewed systems, geospatial
intelligence, and multi-domain data fusion. Creating a forum to support collaboration and knowledge
exchange, strengthening maritime security and resilience.
2. We would also be honoured to extend this complimentary invitation to up to ten (10) accompanying personnel
from your delegation. Discussions will address operational challenges in contested and congested waters, the
role of ISR in joint naval operations, and the importance of secure data sharing across maritime domains.
3. The need for enhanced Maritime ISR has never been more urgent. As the maritime domain becomes
increasingly complex, the integration of agile and innovative ISR technologies is more critical than ever.
From the seabed to space, these capabilities are essential in maintaining strategic advantage and operational
superiority. This year we place a focus on how cutting-edge solutions are being designed, developed, and
deployed to meet the demands of tomorrow’s maritime environment. At the same time, the complexity of
integrating these capabilities across allied forces and domains presents significant challenges. Maritime ISR
2025 provides a timely and critical forum for operational leaders, procurement specialists, and R&D experts
to address these issues collaboratively, ensuring that ISR capabilities evolve in step with the threats they are
designed to counter.

4. As the Senior Military & Government Liaison for Defence iQ, I’m pleased to formally invite you to attend in
person as our complimentary guest. The ideal delegation would be formed of officers, including procurement
professionals currently working on maritime operations, Space communications or any specialists working
with space-based data. Alongside these, officers working with AI, Analytics, Situational Awareness,
Underwater or surface warfare and air surveillance. As well as senior leaders from operational commands
that may benefit from collaboration and information exchange with their peers from other nations, and officers
leading relevant research and technology programs.
5. There is no registration fee required for Active Military & Government personnel to attend the full two-day
summit, giving you access to all the networking and speaker sessions. Please do not hesitate to contact Jamal
Busari via email at [email protected] or via telephone on +44 20-7368-9825 to coordinate your
delegation. For our planning purposes, it would be much appreciated if your staff could indicate your intent
to participate/initial delegation by Friday, 26th September. Signatures from myself as Senior Military &
Government Liaison for Defence iQ are included below to confirm this offer.
Sincerely,
Jamal Busari
