In electronic public procurements, the contracting authority is required to respond to questions submitted through the register within three working days.

I tried to call the phone number several times, but for some reason it is not working (operator says the number is not available …).

I also emailed to the given email address, however, did not receive a response (only did so yesterday morning).

How, from your point of view, shall I move forward?
